What is this bright red rash on my dog's stomach/?

He also has rash under front leg pits and some red spots in his ears.

This is an allergy. Most likely from something that hes eating, try switching his food to a premium brand. some foods are like junk food, they taste great but their not that good for you. If you want to experiment you might try to apply an anti yeast cream to the affected areas. you can get it in the women's needs isle at the grocery store. also keep him clean and dry that goes a long way also.

my dog has allergies to some grasses, and bug bites, (ants, mosquitos, ect), rub some aloe vera on it, and if they get really bad, ask your vet

itchy irritated skin, can be from misquito or flea bites,   or allergies. get it looked at b'4 the dog starts loosing hair.

could be lots of things. could be mites or fleas, even if you cant see them. could be a change in eating habits or stress. could be a new shampoo or new carpet cleaner. best to just have him checked out.
