Please help me to identify this bug/beetle. I named it "Multicolored Asian lady beetle" but I need its real name.

  1. That is a truly awesome looking insect.

    It's not a beetle though.  It's an immature hemipteran of some sort - one of the group known as "true bugs".

    In the first picture, you can see the exposed abdomen, and the wing buds that will eventually become wings (that's how you can tell it's an immature or nymph).

    The second photo shows the beak-like proboscis with piercing and sucking mouthparts in a groove right in the middle of the insect's head.

    I would guess that it's probably a stink bug of some kind.
