What is this bug called?

it was realy strange. it was white and back.mostly white. it had really long antennas(black). its body was kind of the same shape of a roach. it made squeky sounds while my dogs tried to kill it. while it made the wierd sound, its head moved fordward and backward. any idea whats it called? i saw it last night.oh and i think it had wings.
