What is this bump near the base of my p***s?

It is about the size of a pencil eraser, and it does hurt if I rub it or push on it. It started about three days ago and has gotten slightly bigger. When I first noticed it, it was not hurting. I have not had any sexual activity in the past year, so I don't think it's possible that it's an STD. Help?

It could be a boil, which is caused by a common bacteria found on our skin.  Just avoid bothering it and it should go away on its own.  If it gets too painful, then you need to see a doctor.
