What is this bump on my foot?

I have a small bump (about the size of a pea or two) on my heal. It gets bigger and smaller through out the day. It is not painful. What is it? Do I need to do anything to get rid of it?

Turn over your favorite shoes: are they UNEVENLY worn? That's a clue to your problem. Try shoes with even soles & see if that helps. You may need a small 'wedge' placed at the most-worn area. If no other problems, check in a month. Probably no major trouble... If pain, redness, swelling, heat develop that's time to talk with a foot doctor.
