What is this burning sensation on my p***s?

I went to the doctor yesterday and he said i don't have a urinary tract infection or messed up kidneys. He said i had no infection and he gave me medicine to calm the burning sensation but it still goes on. I have never had s*x before, i have masturbated though. If i had some sort of infection wouldnt the results of the urine test say i did?

I'm not sure what you're talking about when you mention the veins near the meatus;  that doesn't make sense.  If you mean the frenulum, the little piece of skin that connects the f******n to just under you pee hole, that's not a vein;  it's literally a piece of skin.  It could just be that you've torn it slightly during masturbation, or just really stretched it.  That could sure account for the burning sensation you feel.

You might have over done it. Relax for a few days. It's not going to blow up or anything. If you had an infection in your kidneys it would NOT necessarily be reflected on the outside of your p***s. And likewise if you have a redhead that does NOT mean you have any internal infection. I would guess it was from mastrabating. Ask yourself this question. DID I have this BEFORE I mastrabated???? If you did then we are talking about something totally different here.
