what is it called when girls do like a handstand type thing on their forearms?

i think it's the preparation for a headstand i don't really understand the forearm thing but when most gymnasts get ready for a headstand not handstand they do that then after they lift there legs out making a headstand

There's this thing called an Elbow Stand. It's like an inverted pose in which the person balances on the forearms on the floor. It's kind of like a handstand on the forearms.
