What is this candy called?

Well It's this white powder,and once you put it in your mouth bubbles starts to form. I only tasted them 4 times in my whole life, and i feel like tasting them again.

By the way are any of you familiar called with a candy called Fruit rippers. Do you know where i can buy them, cause they are rare to find.
