What is this coin??

Question

I have a quarter sized coin that reads at the top:

"1789 1stPresidentUSA1797". and around the bottom edge it says "George Washington". The coin looks exactly the same on both sides. I looked in my coin collector book and couldn't find it. Any idea what coin is this? And it's value may be? Thanks
