I am trying to search for decks but i dont know the name of this kind of deck.

what it is.. is a deck where you make your opponent deck-out( meaning make them get rid of all their cards so they have none left and you win because they have no more cards left.

in magic its called a milling deck. the term milling comes the card millstone which was one of the primary cards in the original milling decks (it is now obsolete however)

Dude you just aswered your own question. Its called a "Deck-Out" deck. Thats what people around at the local YUGIOH tournament call it as well.
