What is this deep hole...?

i recently developed a hard red lump in the crease of my groin, it was sore to begin with, after a few days it began to weep watery blood. i asked a friend to take a look and she discovered a hole just a little bit smaller than the tip of a cotton bud, it looked deep and dark and it was divided in two by a pillar of skin, what is this?

I don't know what that is, but please go see a doctor. It may not be serious, but putting off treatment could cause an infection.
