What is this disease?

well, today in spanish class there was this girl on the outside of our circle where we had to talk. so i invited her in the circle. when i looked her in the eyes, both of her eyes were twitching back and forth very fast. she also seemed very nervous around people i tried to invite her to talk with us a couple times to be nice but every time she shot me down very quickly. what was wrong with her eyes?

sounds like she has nystagmus  involuntary rapid eye movement due to a variety of causes
