  1. i'm no doctor, but you are gonna have a messed up stomach/ bowel system in a few years... also your teeth will probably experience more problems as you get older.

  2. Thats not very good.

    You need fruits, and vegetables!

But don't be scared put down those salted french frys and try a baked potatoe, or mashed potatoes with some garlic.

    its a much healthyier,

try alternitives to what you eat,

such as if you like to eat chicken strips with tons of breading and plum sause try grilled chicken instead.

    Hope this helps love.

  3. One side effect of you diet is that you might start getting acne soon.  It seems like everything you eat is processed and nothing is natural.  Once you passed the puberty stage you will gain weight at a faster rate.

  4. You are starving your body of antioxidants and other trace minerals that come from fresh fruits and vegetables.

Fruit juice is better than soda, but most fruit juices contain added sugar. and consuming them in large amounts can lead to other health issues. You may also be harming your dental health with all the sugar from the fruit juice. The acid can cause enamel break down (the outside of your tooth), which opens you up for cavities.

I would increase your water intake and begin to slowly eat fruits and vegetables. Try sweeter fruits first and then wean yourself onto others.

There are some great sources on-line for how to incorporate vegetables into your diet. One great way is to make a fruit smoothie. Take a banana and some other fruit and put it in a blender with 1/2 cup of plain yogurt. Blend.

    Really good! :)

  5. Fruits and vegetables give you many of the nutrients that you need: vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber, water, and healthful phytochemicals. Some are sources of let vitamin A, while others are rich in vitamin C, folate, or potassium. Almost all fruits and vegetables are naturally low in fat and calories and none have cholesterol. All of these healthful characteristics may protect you from getting chronic diseases, such as heart disease, stroke, and some types of cancer.

  6. Hello, scurvy!
