  1. when you are really young, you have a butt load of arteries in your eye and when you get older, they become useless and degenerate.  they float through your eye fluid and occasionly come into your vision.  they shouldnt be a problem, but you might want to go to an eye doctor, just in case its something more sinister...

your vision is something you don't want to risk ;)

  2. This black dot could just be a floater, something that is really annoying and that you cant really do anything about. If it is just one, you are probably fine, however, if it is accompanied by a flashing light, or you begin to see more of the floaters, you need to get into an ophthalmologist ASAP!! That is what you would call an ocular emergency, it could be a retinal tear, a retinal detachment or just some vitreous detaching (pvd) all could be serious! In that case you would most likely be sent to a specialist! Although it could be nothing, you should be checked out to keep on the safe side! Good luck and i hope this helps! (p.s. you more  than likely will be dilated at your exam so you should bring a driver if you dont feel comfortable driving by yourself after that! )

  3. it is a floater go see ur eye doctor --u could have a tear in ur retina --- is nothing to fool with ---am not trying to scare ya --just please go
