What is this drip from my p***s?

i dont have std nor a urinary tract infection, tests conclude this. however, i drip a seminal looking fluid. is it possible that it IS s***n and that possibly i have a prostate malfunction?

posting to just say, eww or i dont know will not be appreciated. only serious answers from qualified researchers please

when does it happen, could just be precum, if you get excited and then go soft it can dribble out later
