I`m 26 years old and healthy (i think) Over the last week I have noticed a dull pain in my right t******e. It is not a severe pain its just kind of there. It comes and goes but today it has been slightly more painful. I have checked for lumps but i can`t feel anything. I also feel a little sick but I don`t know if that is from worrying. I have just been on holiday and spent long periods on a canoe, and carrying my girlfriends heavy bags to the airport. I am going to the doctors in the morning but does anyone have a clue what could cause this?

  1. Could be a slight hernia- just get it checked.

  2. There is a nerve that serves for that specific region you are complaining of a dull pain. The pudendal nerve can sometimes be irrated and create that dull pain. The pundendal nerve becomes irritated from sitting down for long periods of time. And this canoe trip seems to probably be the villian. It is often called "cyclists syndrome" because cyclists are obviously on their can a lot. The sickness most likely is psychosomatic because you are stressed and worried. I hope this helps.
