What is this emo/scene haircut called?

I'm using my brothers account and I'm getting my hair cut tomorrow (Yay!) anyways, I found a couple pictures of how I want it such as the one bellow

but i need to find a couple more pictures because i like this style but i need a different kind of it (not like Victoria Beckams)

I looked up Scene Haircuts/Emo Haircuts/Scene Hair in photobucket and they have over 8,000 pictures.

So does anyone know what this style/haircut is called or have any other pictures that are similar? PLEASE include them in this and I will choose a best answer A.S.A.P
