What is this film? help me with these three films?

FIRST FILM I WANNA KNOW....

i only remember one main bit. a old man walking down a hallway and as he walks the lights start to go out one by one as he walks.

he had a walking stick....

THE OTHER FILM I SAW A CLIP OF

a young man/boy was at home. he had no shirt on. he had murdered the people in his house maybe family. he was blasting out metal music and his room had candles everywhere and writing on the wall. maybe in blood....i think it was satanic. a car was coming up the drive and he panicked a bit. he had made a circle i think...not sure...and he held a sword or dagger in front of him and positioned his chest over it to impale/sacrifice himself....

AND ANOTHER I SAW AS A KID...

maybe tv.maybe film. but there was a guy in a bar and two men burst in and made the guy drink antifreeze and threw him into the snow to die....

Hideaway with Jeff Goldblum and Jeremy Sisto - also Alicia Silverstone.  good film...about good vs. evil.

These films sound interesting. The second one I remember seeing as the blade is held up with something on the floor and he does like a press up over it before he lets his arms go to fall on it.  Man, that was a good film, glad you asked, its gonna bug me for ages now also :-)

At first, I was thinking that the first one was "Poltergiest" (sp?), but I'm not sure. It's been a minute since I've seen that. And the second one sound familiar but I can't think of it.
