  1. Its a young platinum Koi. NOT a catfish. Also not a fish meant for tanks. You need to try to find it a pond to live in. Koi get over 2 feet long, and even my 120 gallon tank wouldn't be big enough for one.

And yes, koi do appear to sometimes have whiskers. Koi and goldfish are bottom feeders, and the "whiskers" help them feel for food

  2. he's a cute lil bugger. maybe an albino goldfish LOL!

***yea guy above me might be right maybe a corey but I doubt its a cat fish lol***

  3. It looks like some breed of a catfish. Why do you have electrical cords by your fish bowl? You should fix that.

  4. A baby platinum ogon koi.

    ... notice the whiskers.

  5. It's a type of catfish. I've never seen one like that though. I will do some research on it and get back to you with its official name.

I know that it isn't an albino cory because its eyes aren't red. I also know that it isn't a loach. The body shape of a loach is very thin and pretty flat looking. Your fish has a full looking body, which tells me that it isn't a loach. My best guess is a catfish.

    ----Edit----

Oh wow, yeah. It looks like you have a baby platinum koi on your hands. They get big. Heres some pics of the baby platinums.
