Question:

What is this flower and where can I find it?

It has been labeled as a black orchid, but they're not supposed to exist. I don't think this is an orchid, so can someone tell me what it really is. And if it is an orchid, what species is it? Thank you so much!

That is definitely an orchid....and it's black....if black orchids aren't supposed to exist, are you sure that photo hasn't just been photoshopped? It would be very easy.

Im pretty sure its an orchid you would probably have to get it overseas

It is an orchid of some sort (definitely NOT an iris), but I can't say for sure whether or not it's really black.  It could be a modified photo, or spray paint, or just a very dark red, but I do know that truly black orchids have not been confirmed to exist, though breeders have been trying for a while, and will probably succeed eventually.

As for that particular plant, I don't know what kind it is, though it looks vaguely like an Odontoglossum.  Perhaps somebody who know orchids better than me can ID it.

It's an orchid, and not really black but likely a very dark shade of blue, brown or purple. You might want to try a florist, if they don't have it, they can probably get one for you

Looks like a regualer orchid that's been airbrushed black.

Science hasnt been able to create a flower that is truely black (and that looks truely black) they've only managed to get REALLY dark blues and purples.
