  3. That's 'Arial Black.'

    Someone bolded the font; and Made the letter spacing closer together.

  4. It could be 'arial black' though - a slightly thicker font to the standard arial. What ever it is my guess is that the kerning has been reduced to make the letters closer together.

  6. As everyone else has mentioned, it should be Arial Black but with the tracking done very tightly and possibly manually kerned. Arial has a somewhat distinctive capital "R" (the odd curve between the two "legs" of the R) that distinguishes itself from other sans serif typefaces that are similar in nature.

    If you don't like the Arial typeface for whatever reason or don't actually have it, I would suggest trying Helvetica or Univers. They are similar enough to your example that they could serve as substitutes.
