its rice balls kinda like sushi and yes they are seaweed

Its a rice ballk and its easy to make, just get rice and cling wrap and make a pancake, add stuff to the middle and join all the edges together, shape remove from cling wrap and wrap seaweed around

You NEED to use sushi rice, not jsut plain white rice. It is a different type of grain and it is prepared differently
