What is this grass type?

Question

It is growing in Southern California. I want to say Korean Grass (Zoysia Tenuifolia), but the grass in the photo is much longer. I'd also like to know how it grows/behaves/bad habits/maintenance. Also, does it go dormant and brown in the winter, or spread invasively?

To accurately identify a plant you need to pull some out and show every part of it on camera. Right down to the base.
