What is this guys name in boxing?

Question

all i know is that hes pretty young (i think 19?)and he is considered as the next mike tyson and he broke his neck or something like that and hes not allowed in the US because of that. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

i think hes venezuelan not sure though

Edwin Valero

Prior to turning pro, on Feb 5, 2001, Valero was in a severe motorcycle accident, in which he fractured his skull, forcing surgery to remove a blood clot.

Valero claims that his Venezuelan doctor cleared him to fight on Jan 17, 2002 and he turned pro that July with a first-round kayo. After posting a record of 11-0 (11 first round knockouts) in the United States, Valero ran into trouble.

In January 2004, he failed an MRI in New York and thus was not allowed to fight in the United States, although he continues to battle outside the United States. He will not be allowed to fight in the United States until he clears his medical tests with a state athletic commision.

Having said all that he is 23-0 with 23 KO's when you knock out every opponent it is hard not to recognize him but until he faces some known opponents or we can see some of his fights in the States there is still a question mark next to him.

He is a superfeatherweight by the way and you were correct he is from Venezuela but has fought mostly in Japan.

he just started fighting again, but i don't know if he's allowed to box in this country yet. he says he is fine, and his lawyer is working on it.
