What is this hair thing called?

I have this hair thing. Its kind of like a clip, but you're supposed to put a ponytail in it and twist it and it makes a messy bun. Anyone know what this is called?

I have a cloth thing with wire inside called a "sophistitwist" but it is not a clip. But I'd like to know, being a long haired lady and all. Google the words "clip long hair messy bun" (etc) and see what pops up.
