its a front, sideswept bang. you could get pretty much any front, thick, even front bang to sweep to the side that way.

Id ask for a heavy side fringe, possibly cut forward and left longer to be worn swept to the side. with the  hair length left long and detatched short layers that blend with the fringe...

im a hairdresser and if someone said that to me i'd get it...but i'd prefer a picture!!! look in some hair magazines!
