  1. it could be just stress, lack of sleep, or diet change, but also it could be more serious. you should google your area for a cardiologist, there the DR. will ask you questions about these changes of your heart beet and prob. do a EKG, where he will be able to see what your heart is doing, and possibly have you come in for a stress test.

  2. There's a very good chance it's whats known as a PAC or a PVC.

    PAC=Premature Atrial Contraction

    PVC=Premature Ventriclular Contraction

    Each heartbeat starts in the sinus node and then 4 chambers beat in sequence one right after the other.  If one of the 4-chambers gets a little out of sequence, it will jump back into rhythm on the next beat and you will feel a sort of a "skip"

    Everybody has them.  Things like stress, lack of sleep, low magnesium or potassium, or just about anything can increase the frequency.

    If it becomes a frequent thing (as in dozens of times a day) you might want to see a doctor.

    Bottom line is - they can be a little bit scary - but they are 100% harmless and don't affect you whatsoever.

  3. it most likely chest pains that can happen from stress and if your heart skip a beat or two you'll be dead

  4. It may be a PVC ( Premature Ventricular Contraction) They are not usually dangerous unless you are having more than 6 am minute.

    It is not always associated with a heat attack, but can be.

  5. Sounds like stress to me. If your worried about it, make an appointment with your doctor.

  6. it might be a murmur! but have it checked out with an ekg!

  7. it could be your anaemic. it could be your stressed out.  get blood tests done. go to the doc anyway. i was anaemic and thats what happened to me.

  8. No. This is a normal thing. It usually means that you need to get some sleep, or you are really dizzy. Try drinking some water and getting some rest.

  9. palpitations-

    Palpitations are the unpleasant sensations of irregular and/or forceful beating of the heart in the chest. This symptom can be caused by a change in the rate or rhythm, or by an increase in the force of the contraction of the heart muscle. In some patients with palpitations, no heart disease or abnormal heart rhythms can be found. In others, palpitations result from abnormal heart rhythms called arrhythmias. Arrhythmias are heartbeats that are too slow, too rapid, irregular, or too early.

  12. It's very possible that this may be stress related as the symptoms can be very similar to heart or gastric problems.

    Also, there is what is called post part-um anxiety after childbirth but you really need to seek medical advice to be sure of the cause.
