What is this horror movie????

I saw it when i was like 9 on TV but...

It was a black and white movie (old)

and there were 13 ghosts in this families house

and each ghost had like a number or something..

in one scene they are using a ouija board and a painting falls off the wall

and in a nother scen they are in the basement and a ghost keeps whispering thirteen...

do you know what it's called??? i cant remember

The 13 Ghosts? I don't know. LOL. But i remember a s****. doo movie that had thirteen ghosts in it.
