What is this huge yellow bug with black and white shell?

i looked out my window and i saw a very big bug! .it has these huge thick antennaes and a yellow belly. i has a big black shell with white stripes. its really scary looking! what is the name of this bug and is it poisonous?

Unless you are going to eat it you don't need to worry about poison. It is not venomous.
