it's a piece of artwork.    you can find out more about it through google.com.

i'm not sure how to start that information because i don't know the name of the piece OR the artist.

this may be the artist...     they were  named as the sculpture in that image at another blog site.

It's a human/pig thing in my opinion and can you see that it's on display in a museum?  See the feet of the people walking around?  See the polished wood floor?  It's from the artist's imagination and looks to be a very talented artist.  Downright creepy though, isn't it?

Of course it is fake. A very scary animation of a cross between humans and dogs.

Look at the background, it looks a lot like it may be an art gallery.
