  1. If you use Imperial ( UK ) measurements opposed to American ( Google )  you get 20.023182 mph according to my maths lol but wot do I know ???  I remember Farthings and ha'penny black - jacks !!, & my 1st car log book was written in Ancient Sanscrit according to my wife !!
