What is the name of that little island at the tip of the red arrow?

It is Terceira.

That little island is Sao Jorge in the archipelago of the Azores.

Well, the island group is the Azores (part of Portugal).  I think a closer up map of the Azores would show you that island.  The islands are fairly well populated, so it probably has a name.  Google "Azores"
