What is this kind of doll?

I used on own this kind of doll and I can't remember what it was called, can anyone help me?

Here's what it looked like:

It was a girl and it came with a blank face - you could use this stamp-like toy and color on it with a marker, then you could put it on her face to make eyes, nose or a mouth. You could even put fake eyelashes on the doll. Does anyone know?
