What is this lump like thing on my testicles?

There is a pea size thing on my testicles. Actually theres a bigger lump above my left t******e. And when i move my testicles, it goes up as well. There is one on the right t******e as well. But its not as big. Im worried about this. The other lump is like in the middle of the two testicles. Its smaller than the other one. Its soft, not hard.

And when i touch these, it makes my stomach/kidney part feel funny.

I been farting alot since i touched them. And this morning i have this stitch like thing on my side. Im worried. Im thinking of going to a doctor soon. But for the mean time can you guys tell me what it is?

It sounds like a Varicocele.  Another sign is that your sperm is like really really clear.  The reason that happens is there it is actually a sac of bloodvessels that have become abnormally large.  This increases the temperature around the testicles and kills the sperm.  

They don't know where it comes from, they think it may have to due with lead contamination and/or exposure to cigarrette smoke.

It could also be cancer, but usually it isn't above the t******e as well.

In any case the only solution is surgery.

Edit:  Oh, when you lay on your back does it get smaller or go away--thats another sign.
