What is this movie?!? ?

Its kind of an older movie like maybe the 90s. And it is about...or it has crocodiles or alligators in it. And these people are like walking in a swampy area and this lady starts screaming because she sees a head. and like they go to talk to this old woman about it and she has this huge lake in front of her house. And like there are alligators in her lake and one eats one of her cows. and then later like at the end they are trying to kill the alligator by tempting it with a cow attached to a hellicopter and theyre trying to kill it.

And it has a dude and some other lady in it...the dude kind of looks like the guy from DR dolittle...I believe his name is Oliver Platt.
