Question:

What is this on my eyeball?

There are some clear/cloudy looking patches on the sclera of my eyes. They don't interfere with my vision, but over the past few years they have increased in size. I have tried doing some research on this, but I have found nothing. I have even went to several different eye doctors, and they have not been able to help me.

  1. I'm not sure exactly what it would be but the only thing that comes to mind might be a cotton-wool spot. I'm pretty sure that if that's what it was it would interfere with your vision more. Try doing some research on that. Good Luck.

  2. These areas on the sclera are normal and part of the aging process. They usually occur near where the eye muscles attach to the eye... About a centimeter in from the edge of the cornea.

  3. go to the doctor you have a cateract, it could interfer with your vision later if you dont act soon
