What is this on my face!!!! (pic)?

its this litle rash thingy, and it wont go away!!!! any products that will make it go away???, its kinda like a zit, with a purple star-shaped thing around it

It looks like a zit. I would just leave it alone, but if anything changes with it I would go to the doctor.

it might be a reaction to a lip gloss or a face wash or something like that. try stridex pads and then cetaphil moisturizer lotion. you will need it because the stridex pads will dry out your skin a little bit.

also, the aveeno skin stuff works really well.

It looks like a pimple but I'm not a dermatologist.  If it is itchy, I'd be suspicious of cold sores.  Go to a dermatologist if it doesn't go away in a couple of days or goes away.  I'd try hydrocortisone and/or an acne cream and see what happens!  Oh, I jut read the second part!  I THINK IT DEFINITELY IS EITHER A COLD SORE!  However, zits don't always pop and they do tend to come in different colors sometimes ESPECIALLY IF YOU SQUEEZE OR POP THEM FROM BRUISING!

Since you don't think it's a zit, I'd say it's probably either a bug bite or a reaction to makeup or a face wash or something. You could try putting some Benadryl cream on it, for the time being and see if that helps :) Hope you figure out what it is, and good luck <3
