Two days ago, I had minor pain in my mouth, on the upper left-hand side, whenever I touched it with my tongue. I couldn't tell if it was coming from the inside of my mouth or the outside. I decided not to make anything of it until the next day.
Yesterday, I woke up and the pain was a little worse. It hurt to open my mouth to eat, but it wasn't a crippling pain or anything. I discovered a small bump, skin color, on the line between my lip and skin. I'd say it's the cold sore region, but I've never had a cold sore, so I don't know. There was also a little swelling inside my mouth in the same spot, but I could only see it when my mouth was open.
Today, the pain isn't as bad, it feels "duller" than yesterday. The bump has a small white "head". The swelling is the same, or maybe a bit worse, but not by much.
Not ruling anything out, but I don't think it's a cold sore. I've never had a cold sore before, there's only one bump, and it's smaller than the bumps on Google images.
It could be a pimple, but I rarely get pimples, and I don't know why the swelling would be there.
Am I going to die?
