Shift console or sometimes just center console.

You probably can't buy just the little part in the center, it's probably going to be connected to everything around it.  I'd be afraid buying a used one--you know what happens to them once they get old.  You know the old addage that you can do it right once or . . . .

that is the shifter cover and to replace it you are best off going to a junkyard and seeing if you can find one. going to the dealer they are going to tell you that you need to replace the entire center console.
