as mentioned above these are old pictures scanned and published. they have no professional touch and class. as far as multiple pictures are concerned the effect could of manual collage and then scanned and some photos superimpossed. some are created by software alone called 'collage' or 'mossaic'. here r sites for creating multiple images effect:

They are basically old snapshots ... the photos have UV damage, thus the colour shift ... and they were probably scanned and published as is.
