It's just a lip piercing,

it's not your labret, that's the center of your lip

It is pierced with a labret, that's the stud on a bar with a flat back to it. But the piercing as far is just called a lip piercing, maybe referred to as a side lip piercing.

It's a side-lip piercing with a post barbell. Some call it off-centre piercing. But mostly side-lips. Good luck! ^_^
