  1. Sounds like many products out on the market. All the way from the Nokia N81, N95 and N96 to any windows mobile device with wifi. The Nokia do not have qwerty keyboard, only a numeric dial pad, but can be option with 8gb of internal memory, and it isn't a touch screen. The Windows Mobile phones most of them don't have built in memory but they do come with some sort of SD card slot, with the ability to accept what ever the largest SD(micro or minisd) card  is out on the market. They can be all touch screen based with an on screen keyboard like the HTC Touch Cruise, or have full keyboard that is exposed like the Samsung i780, Motorola Q9H wifi; slide down like the Samsung SGH-i760; or slide out like the many HTC devices like the Tilt, WIngs, Wing, and so on. Sony-Ericsson has a few phones with wifi, and sony own memory stick slot. They also have a few music phones with up to 8gb(maybe 16gb now) of space but it has no wifi but you can use a data plan to access the net. IWth all these phones mentioned you can also use your cells data plan to go on the net but that can be pricey. Prices can vary depending on the carrier you are on, if the phone is locked or not, and how old the phone is.

Then there are just pda devices like the Dell Axim X51, which is discontinued, but has wifi, sd slot, and cf card slot. No keyboard, but can be bought as an accessory. Sony use to make Palm PDA devices with wifi and full keyboard with Sony own memory stick slot, but the internet browser isn't as robust as the nokia or the WM devices which can run Opera browser. Finally there is the ipod touch and iphone.

Your third option is the Archos 605 series(much better in audio and screen quality over the 604 wifi). The downside is you have to buy opera and wifi plug it to browse the net. It is an all touch screen based browsing, but it suppose to be good. It 4in device, which for some maybe a little to large, but I have fit 4in device in my pocket with out an issue before. It comes in a 4gb flash model with an SD slot, 30gb, 60gb(in Europe), 80gb, and 160gb models.

It all depends on what you need.
