i saw something on a volleyball website about this thing. it's supposedly increases your vertical and decrease muscle fatigue. has anyone used it and could give me some feedback on it before i order it? it seems almost too good to be true. on their official website (i googled it) it says that most people will "average approximately 2 inches increase in their vertical leap". if i use this, would it be considered cheating in games and things lik that?

  1. i personally own them and i don't know if it actually does what it says, but it is sort of a placebo. if you believe it will work, you may try harder to jump high, etc. sometimes, that's all you need.

  2. they do work. They give back more energy than you regular soles and they help muscle fatigue because your not slamming your muscles or your knees every time you come down from jumping. Its not cheating, plenty of college and pro volleyball teams use them, it says it right on the website.

Get them they help a lot!!

  3. dont get it its a watse of money and its only two inches :)
