where my ribs meet in the front(it feels like a V upside down.....ok two finger widths down from there i have a lump...what is it?? im pretty thin...maybe its just internal organs?

it is you sternum if it is not i agree go to a doc.

Probably not your sternum.  Maybe you want to ask your doctor to check it out?  Could be a ventral hernia?
