What is this "going green" commercial all about?

I just saw a commercial about people trying to build the "greenest" town in America, and they wanted donations. It was on Discovery Channel. I wasn't totally paying attention until the end. Do you know anything about this?

It means to be more environmental friendly.  Cutting back on hazardous materials to keep the planet healthy.  Be more aware of usage and don't waste resources.

its about the town greensburg, kansas which was completely destroyedby a huge tornado. they decided that since theyre going to have to rebuild everything why not go green while doing it

It is reminding everyone that all you need is only one square of toilet paper every time you make a trip to the restroom. its ironic that they 'need' your donations to go green. somebody is getting rich off this little scheme

yea it's just about being more natural and cutting back on unnatural rescources and keeping the earth healthy :))
