What is this "transition" that Yahoo is planning for 360? Transition to what?

It explains that those of us who have 360 will keep our old friends, blogs, pics, etc WHEN the transition happens (this year) but they don't really go out and say exactly what we are going to transition to. Can someone tell me exactly what program or branch of Yahoo! we all will be moved to?
