I have been having ongoing problems with shoulder/upper back pain around the shoulder area for over 18 months now. It started with the right side for a few months until one day while putting my jumper on, the movement seemed to completely snap something in that area. I was taken to hospital where they assumed I'd dislocated my shoulder but then realised I hadnt(basically they didnt know what was wrong)...after lots of medication the pain subsided as if the muscles had re-formed or something and then the left side strangely started acting up! Then the same thing happened with the left side, again rushed to hospital in alot of pain, this time they thought I had a blood clot in my lung cuz of my low oxegen levels, started me on warfarin, 2 days later was taken of dialysis cuz they thought it was muscle spasms instead on my left side(once again I don't think they are sure!)...now the left side as repaired but the right side has started the same pain again and I'm sure it will only lead to me being sent to hospital again. Does anyone know what this could be. I'v also been advised by a massage therapist & physiotherapist it is lactic acid..but a nurse recently told me it would never cause this much pain...so now I'm at a dead end...please someone help!!

Also the last few days, my baby finger seems to have gotten strange blood spots around my nail but not under the nail or anything...and has swelled a bit and is quite ticklish to touch! Any help would be greatly appreciated

  1. you need to demand your doctor either find out the root cause of this or find another one. Be proactive about this. Find a doctor that can figure this one out. This sounds to be a serious issue.
