What is this show? ?

It was on in the 90's, i think, for little kids. It was mostly puppet people and a dog and a cat. There was one episode when someone sang a song about how cute she was, but it was a real person. A part of it went, "Cuz i'm cute. C-U-T-E. I'm so cute, don't you wish you were me? Oooh-wee! I'm even on TV. They even named a penny after me."
