What is this shy guy trying to tell me??

so there is this guy where I work at.He's really cute but the thing is he's extremely shy.He has never talked to me before neither have I ever talked to him because we are both really shy.I kinda noticed that everytime he walks by me he walks really slow and always find a chance to stand by me.I've also noticed that sometimes he looks at me and when I look at him we make eye contact and thats it.I don't know i'm confused,is this guy trying to get my attention??or what?

just take the initiative to say hi since both of you are shy...discuss bout work and slowly have a conversation as a fren...

stage one is saying hello, if he doesn't respond he may still feel a bit shy, but next time you see him again say hello and he will probably say it back
