What is this spider called?

the spider i found this spider and it wasnt like any spider i have ever seen it was kind of a molted color like a birds egg its legs were brown and black it reminded me of a black widow cause on its belly it had a simular type of of hour glass shape and the color was almost the same shade as the black widows hourglass

i am totally freaked out cause i have severe aracniphobia

technically all spiders are called arachnids.

It could be an orb weaver.  They are easy to recognize because they have a zigzag pattern in the middle of their webs.

there are only 2 poisonous spiders in the US the black widow, and the brown recluse.

since you seem to know what a black widow looks like, the brown recluse is brown with a fiddle where the hour glass would be on the black widow.
